This is the story of booze nerds who fell in love with their cocktail making passion. After bonding during work by asking each other questions such as, "How much citric acid do you put in a draft cocktail?" and "Did that shaker tin sound like it didn't have enough ice to you?" they decided to put this passion to paper and opened up shop in NYC, fulfilling their dream of traveling all over the world and helping people open their own bars and restaurants, create beautiful and delicious cocktails, assist in inventory control, create one-of-a-kind cocktail and beverage menus, share their alcoholic inventions, educating professionals, and throwing pretty rad events. The founder: Trish Rossiene and the rest of her team assisted in opening some pretty awesome cocktail bars in the Cayman Islands, St. Kitts, Europe, India & New York City (read: award winning). These beautiful and delicious creations, both foreign and domestic, received praise from publications and colleagues alike.
